Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong understanding of HR processes. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Skills:
  • Lead the functional aspects of the system development life cycle for both large projects and small enhancements.

  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and related applications.

  • Provide training and support to system users as necessary.

  • Analyse and resolve client-reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to client discussions and proactively work on developing effective solutions.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Experience with system configuration and business process requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of best practices in HRMS business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules.
  • Ability to design and execute tests and implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
