Techno-Functional Consultant
specializing in
Oracle Fusion HCM
to join our growing team. This role demands a strong blend of functional expertise and technical acumen across

modules. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving digital HR transformation, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
    Compensation
    ,
    Talent
    , and
    Recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and spreadsheet loaders
  • Customize reports and dashboards using
    OTBI
    ,
    BI Publisher
    , and
    SQL
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across HCM modules
  • Participate in quarterly release testing and adoption of new features
  • Ensure data integrity, security roles, and compliance with organizational policies
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support

Skillls/ Qualification

  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience with
    Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Proven expertise in
    Compensation
    ,
    Talent Management
    , and
    Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of
    business process flows
    and
    best practices
    in HR
  • Technical proficiency in
    HDL
    ,
    HCM Extracts
    ,
    BI tools
    , and
    web services
  • Experience with
    security roles

    workflow configuration

    data migration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
