Oracle Fusion HCM – Talent Management / ORC / Learn


Hiring: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Talent / ORC / Learn)

We are seeking:


10+ years overall
, with
6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM


4+ full implementations

Expertise in at least 2 modules:


• Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career, Succession, Talent Review)


• Fusion Learn


• Fusion ORC

Strong business process analysis & solutioning experience

Knowledge of AIM/OUM methodology

BE / PG / MBA HR preferred

Excellent communication skills

3rd Role-


Oracle Fusion Time & Labor Functional Consultant


Hiring: Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant

Mandatory Skills:


8+ years
in Oracle Fusion HCM

Strong experience in
