**Job Summary: Customer Operations Associate**
- ** The Customer Operations Associate is responsible for the generation and distribution of software license keys for Esko customers, according to the processes and delivery requirements for this initiative and the company’s business practices and licensing policies, including information about Vendors, Contracts, Licenses, License Keys, License Servers, License Agreements, etc.**:
- ** Enfocus Order Processing - processing the incoming sales orders within the stipulated time.**:
- ** Requests will be processed using the JIRA tool in the correct order, based on delivery due dates, order criticality, and region; Ensure licenses are delivered on time.**:
- ** Keep customer information database updated, and ensure customers receive appropriate license keys based on their entitlement.**:
- ** Responsible for the creation of Esko IDs, approvals, and modifications.**:
- ** Participate in daily and weekly meetings to discuss the previous day’s team performance.**:
- ** Participate in the design and development of process and training documentation for license generation activities.**:
- ** This role involves three different shifts.** APAC (06:30 AM till 03:30 PM)**
**EMEA (02:30 PM till 11:30 PM)**
**US (10:30 PM till 07:30 AM)**
- ** When needed, it is required to work on weekends as a on-call support to our customers.**

- Must have good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge of Licensing, networking concept is an added advantage.
