Trust Coordinator

1. Act as coordinator for trust regarding things like meetings, outside agency coordination, circulars, etc.
2. Maintain minutes of meetings held by trustees & maintaining necessary documentation.
3. Keep documentation accurate & up-to-date.
4. Write E mails (internal & external) as per communication received from Trustee PR & keeping track of updates.
5. Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
6. Coordinate with COO for any data required by trustees from any department of hospital and take necessary approvals for obtaining data.
8. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
10. Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
11. Maintain a filing system and protects confidential information.
12. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
13. Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system with necessary approvals.
14. Assist in data entry, vaccination process or any other related work, to hospital staff as and when instructed by hospital management & taking necessary approval from Trustee PR for same.
