- Greet and welcome guests, offering them a warm and memorable arrival experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure personalized and timely service delivery.
- Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and event arrangements.
- Provide information about the services and facilities at Thrones.
- Gather guest feedback to help improve the overall experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
