Position: Restaurant Captain

Your Role:
As a Restaurant Captain, you will be at the forefront of our service team, orchestrating seamless operations and ensuring every guest receives unparalleled service. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and guiding the wait staff to deliver flawless service.

Assisting in the training and development of new team members.

Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food delivery.

Engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and grace.

Maintaining a keen eye for detail to uphold our high standards.
