**Job Title**: Sales Telecaller
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Telecaller to join our esteemed team at Thrones Resort. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for many potential guests, playing a crucial role in introducing them to the exquisite experiences our resort offers. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their desires for opulent dining and regal moments, and effectively communicating how Thrones Resort can fulfill those aspirations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential guests, introducing them to Thrones Resort and its offerings, including our opulent dining experiences, event spaces, and special packages.
Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about the resort's amenities, services, and making tailored recommendations.
Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively match them with the relevant "regal moments" and "opulent dining" experiences.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Thrones Resort, highlighting the luxury, sophistication, and unique aspects of our establishment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in our CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and guide them towards making reservations or bookings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversion.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on promotions, events, and new offerings.
Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, embodying the high standards of Thrones Resort.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in a tele sales, tele calling, or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and persuasive telephone etiquette.
A confident and engaging phone presence, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Active listening skills to understand customer requirements and tailor conversations accordingly.
Ability to handle objections effectively and professionally.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1

Prior knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining is advantageous.
**Education**:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
