Female Telemarketer

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, trips, and tours.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers, provide detailed travel package information, and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be currently working or have prior experience as a telecalling agent in the travel industry.**:

- **Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.** Additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good understanding of travel industry services, packages, and customer expectations.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing leads and follow-ups.
