**Position**: Visa Counselor & Telecaller
**Location**: Karnal, Haryana
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students/professionals on available programs, visa requirements, and processes.
- Evaluate and verify documentation to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Provide personalized advice and address clients’ concerns or questions.
- Keep updated with changes in immigration policies and procedures.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide detailed information about services.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up with potential clients.
- Achieve targets for lead conversion and client acquisition.

**Key Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum graduation in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years in a similar role (experience in immigration consultancy is preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
