**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Oversight**:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of hotel staff across all departments, including housekeeping, reception, and maintenance.
- Handle room booking requests, online and offline, ensuring a seamless reservation process.
- Receive and analyze customer feedback, suggest improvements based on feedback, and reply to guest reviews on online portals.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for senior management (owners).
**Strategic Planning**:
- Identify and implement ways to improve hotel services while maintaining quality and minimizing costs.
- Provide **creative** ideas for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain an excellent guest experience.
**Marketing & Promotion**:
- Manage the hotel’s **online and offline presence**, including social media, digital marketing, and advertisement strategies.
- Handle promotions, offers, and seasonal discounts to attract more guests.
- Coordinate recruitment and training of new staff across various departments.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Proficiency in using hotel management software, booking platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
A creative mindset for improving hotel operations and marketing strategies.
Prior experience at a similar organization is appreciated.
