**Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.

2. Arranging maintenance visits and logging the duration thereof.

3. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.

4. Main Role is to cater all the Enquiries (Tele or Visit) who are enquiring about the courses, pitching them the right course after conducting need analysis, and ultimately convincing them so as they can take admission in our Institute.

5. Achieve at least 60% conversion ratio from tele to visit enquiry.

6. Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters.

7. Respond to public inquiries

8. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference, telephone calls.

9. Proper maintenance of all the allotted registers

10. Updating notice board on everyday basis.

11. Handling Operational, Administrative and Tele-calling work.

12. Updating the students about any kind of new happening and development in the courses so that the student is informed time to time about any kind of information relating to any new courses.

13. Perform all the assigned tasks

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
