**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their IT hardware Networking requirements, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals to build their careers in IT sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions (e.g., laptops, servers, networking equipment, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on IT hardware trends, products, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream or related fields (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or basic knowledge in IT hardware and technology.
**Experienced**:
- 0 to 2 years' Experience in inside sales or a similar role (preferably in IT hardware sales).
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRMs and lead generation platforms.
- Understanding of IT hardware products (e.g., PCs, servers, storage devices).
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
