We are looking for an enthusiastic **Inside Sales Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IT hardware and networking solutions **(Networking Solutions, Wireless Solution, IT Security Solutions, Telephony Solutions)**, to clients. You will assist in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and initiate the sales process.

**Lead Generation**:Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.

**Client Management**:Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Sales Execution**: Drive sales for IT hardware (servers, laptops, desktops) and networking products while achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

**Product Knowledge**: Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and technical aspects of IT hardware and networking solutions.

**Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.

**Skills Required**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any stream, IT, or a related field

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or cold calling roles.

**Technical Knowledge**: Advantage Familiarity with IT hardware/software products and their benefits.

**Soft Skills**: Strong verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Tools**: Proficiency in MS Office and calling systems.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
