We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Inside Sales Executive (Fresher/Intern) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IT hardware and networking solutions (Networking Solutions, Wireless Solution, IT Security Solutions, Telephony Solutions), to clients. You will assist in generating leads, following up on sales inquiries, and closing deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Understand client needs and propose suitable IT hardware and Solution products.

Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes.

Maintain and update customer records.

Achieve monthly sales and contribute to overall team goals.

**Skills Required**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT Hardware and Solution.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sales and customer engagement.

**Education**:
HSC / Graduate

**Experience**:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in IT hardware (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and networking solutions.

Strong background in B2B sales, including end-to-end sales management: prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills, with a proven track record maintain

In-depth understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing the deal and post-sales follow-up.

**Working Day's: 6 day's working**

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
