**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our IT hardware and networking solutions, and Lead generating sales opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresher’s who are eager to learn and grow in the IT industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce IT hardware and networking solutions and generate interest in the company's offerings.
- Research and identify new leads through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for future follow-ups.
- Present and promote IT hardware products such as servers, laptops, routers, and switches, as well as networking solutions, to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on lead progress and deal closures to the management team.
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking products will be an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales.

**Educational Qualification**:

- HSC or bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- **Timing**: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

**Working Day's**: 6 day's working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- US shift
