We are seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Executive - IT Hardware & Networking** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of IT solutions, including Networking, Wireless, IT Security, and Telephony. You will focus on lead generation, cold calling, preparing proposals, and closing deals with support from our pre-sales team, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware & networking solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations, working closely with the pre-sales team for solution design
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with attractive incentives

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **inside sales/business development** (IT/Tech industry preferred, other industries considered)
- Basic knowledge of networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with **cold calling and lead generation**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred
