**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges and opportunities within it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
