**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software sales and on-demand development services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹8,635.77 - ₹16,000.00 per month
