**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research on village demographics, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with rural audiences, including print media, community events, and digital platforms.
- **Partnership Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, providing them with necessary tools and materials.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from villagers and stakeholders to continuously improve marketing strategies and offerings.
- **Budget Management**: Manage allocated budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within rural areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
