- **Job Summary**:

- The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of both marketing principles and sales processes, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different platforms, tracking performance and optimizing for better results.
- **Brand Promotion**: Assist in building and maintaining brand awareness and positive brand image.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Prospecting & Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound leads).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Effectively present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
