Office Administrator

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Addresses clients on phone and in person by providing information about programs, services, policies and transfers phone to other co-workers
- Provides general information to clients about education and about studying abroad
- Works closely with admissions and marketing staff in India
- Works closely with and provides support to the Managing Director for carrying out his/her daily responsibilities.
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing a database of potential international students and follow up with students as requested
- Support with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Mobile Marketing intiatives
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Fluency in English, Punjabi & Hindi
- Previous experience working in a professional counselling role, institution or immigration company
- Master degree/PGDM preferred
