**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to engineering staff.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and submissions.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and vendors as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office and project supplies.
- Assist in preparing bids, tenders, and other formal submissions.
- Handle data entry, filing, and digital record-keeping.
- Support HR and accounting tasks, such as timekeeping, invoicing, and payroll documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a civil engineering or construction setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred **Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with civil engineering terminology and project workflows.
- Basic understanding of construction documents and permit processes.

Pay: ₹10,063.01 - ₹25,599.65 per month
