**Job brief -**
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
**Responsibilities -**
- Conduct/ Supervise ISO related activities wiz
- Vendor Agreements, registration, Quotations for procurements for office, ISO related filings, reports, records, ISO audits
- Personal assistant to Directors, follow their instructions, plan their domestic visits, foreign tours, documentation for Visa processing and all the necessary tasks accordingly
- Answering calls at Reception, forwarding calls to respective department leads, Managing various registers as per ISO norms, renewal of ISO, SEZ, Fire documents, Agreements etc
- Ensuring proper sanitation at office premises all the time, Festivals/ Annual function/ Events and activities arrangements from start to end, manage the administration staff, divide their tasks and responsibilities accordingly, hiring admin staff wherever required
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
