ONLINE AND OFFLINE MARKETING EXPERIENCE COMPULSORY

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for market penetration.

2. Brand Management:
Oversee the maintenance of the brand presence in the real estate market. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.

3. Campaign Development:
Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for all projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and effective marketing collateral.

4. Digital Marketing:
5. Call Center Supervision:
Provide leadership and oversight to the call center team responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Analyze call center performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

6. Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide effective marketing support and materials. Analyze sales data to refine marketing strategies and improve lead generation.

7. Event Management:
Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase our real estate developments. Ensure successful coordination of project launches and related events.

8. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.

9. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

OFFLINE MARKETING;
1. ATL AND BTL ACTIVITIES.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,208,010.51 per year
