**Job Title**: Assistant General Manager (AGM) Marketing

**Department**: Marketing

**Summary**:
The AGM Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing strategies for the company's real estate projects. This includes developing and managing the marketing budget, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and tracking and analyzing marketing results. The AGM Marketing also works closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's real estate projects.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print marketing, and event marketing.
- Track and analyze marketing results.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.

**Timing**:10.00 am
- 6.00pm

**Qualification**:MBA/PGDM

**Experience**: 12yrs of Marketing in Real Estate

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
