**Designation: Assistant General Manager -Marketing,**

**Location: Chembur,**

**Working days: 6 Days working, Sunday Off, 8:30 Am to 5:00 Pm,**

**Experience in Residential Real Estate is mandatory.**

**Scope/Accountabilities of the role**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- **Brand Management**: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage high-quality content, including blogs, articles, videos, and other materials to engage and educate our target audience.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and more.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including support for sales presentations, collateral, and events.
- **Measurement and Reporting**: Implement metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹80,164.05 - ₹150,923.66 per month
