**Job Overview**:
Established in 1971, Kalantri Brothers Pvt Ltd is a premium flour miller with 300 MT capacity.

The company engages in the production of Wheat Flour (Atta), All Purpose Flour (Maida), Semolina fine (Rawa) and Semolina (Sooji).

Under the guidance and leadership of the company’s directors, the company today proudly serves to the major conglomerates like ITC, Parle, Brittania and Ferrero India amongst many other recognized FMCG retailers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with **wholesalers, retailers, and distributors** in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets by **expanding the customer base and increasing product visibility**.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Provide **daily/weekly reports** on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of field sales experience** (preferably in FMCG).
- Strong network with local distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Own **two-wheeler preferred** for field visits.
