**Job Description**:

- Role : IT SALES ASSOCIATE
- Experience Required: 0-3 years in IT Software services/Solution sales
- Availability : Must be able to join in Max 15 Days
- Working days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday are off)
- CTC: 1.8LPA
Roles and Responsibility:

- Developing Leads and converting them to customers,
- Conducting demos,Improving sales strategy,sales pitches etc,
- Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns,improving sales
strategy
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Manage proposal response process,including detailed RFP requirements,content creation,and
inputs from various sources
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs.
- Presentation of our company to potential customers.
- Buliding long-term,trusting relationships with customers.
- Proactive search for new business opportunities in the market.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Take a lead role in the developments of proposals and presentations for new business materials to
create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
**Requirements**:

- Must have 0-3yrs experinces in the industry and at least 1yrs of sales experience cloud servicesexp/crm solution,cloud services or fintech enterprises
- Bachelor's degree in business or management
- Identify trends and customers needs,building a short/medium/long-term sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with salestechniques.
- Proficiency with data analysis,forecasting,and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
