Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Source new Gold Loan customers from open market via marketing, cold calls & referrals.
- Daily field work to generate leads and meet new customers.
- Meet at least 10 new customers daily and update DSR (Daily Sales Report).
- Customer Handling:
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, renewals, and other details clearly.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of customers in coordination with the branch team.
- Maintain punctuality and regular customer follow-ups.
- Branch Coordination:
- Work closely with the branch staff.
- Follow up on leads provided by the branch and ensure conversion.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet assigned monthly targets in terms of number of customers and loan value.
- Focus on sourcing high-quality customers.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Record all leads in the lead management system.
- Maintain a personal diary and daily reports.
- Suggest improvements in products/processes based on market trends.
- Marketing Activities:
- Conduct daily field marketing to generate fresh leads.
- Identify high-potential areas for new business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹24,000.00 per month
