Executive Sales

**Role**:
He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams; training new staff; smooth customer experience & competition mapping. achieves his goals and in coordination with other Internal & External departments.
**Responsibilities**:
**Revenue & Business Management**
1. Generate sales revenue with aim to over achieve Month/ Quarter Budget.
2. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
3. Business & Opportunity Trends: Prepare detailed reports to discuss with reporting manager the buying trends, customer requirements and preferences. Prepare reports on Brand guidance’s - Product Mix, ASP, etc
4. Work closely thru reporting manager with various demand generation departments - Business, Marketing and Vendor team to generate enough leads to achieve sales budgets.
5. Customer Lead Management System (LMS): Own end-to-end LMS in coordination with team members. Should have the latest data/ report available at any given moment of time.
