**Compliance Officer**
- Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedures under the Compliance Program, including review mechanisms to ensure its continuous effectiveness in ensuring all applicable compliances by the company.
- Understanding of Capital Adequacy and customer complaints related Compliances.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate implementation of compliance requirements at all levels/process of the organization and to direct compliance issues to existing channels for resolution.
- Ensure compliance in line with statutory requirements and regulations prescribed for NBFC by RBI and all other applicable legislation.
- Should be able to independently draft compliance checklists, manuals and other regulatory documentation.
- Highlight alleged violations of RBI laws, rules and regulations applicable to NBFCs and recommend procedures for corrective action.
- Maintaining and organize compliance records in consonance with internal control and audit mechanisms.
- Establish and drive implementation of Corporate Governance norms to ensure transparency in all operations.
- Liaise and build relations with the Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India Depositories, and other statutory authorities; Periodically provide returns/forms required by them.
- Assist in advising management of the legal, regulatory implication of proposed new initiatives of the Company.
- Develop and disseminate Compliance and risk trainings and ongoing communications that help drive Company's culture of compliance.
- End-to-end handling of NBFC books of accounts.
- Handling of Quarterly and Annual audits.
- Building strategies and team to meet future growth.
- Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.
- Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
- Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
- Help develop technology solutions to support the various Compliance programs.

**Job Specification**
- Experience of handling governance and compliance activities in the Banking and Financial Services related Industry.
- Good understanding of deposits, Fair Practices code and Assets Liability Management.
- Excellent inter-personal, Negotiation and communication skills.
- Should be able to efficiently communicate with the board.
- Keen understanding and focus on risk, controls, compliance and regulatory framework.
- Open to travel.

Proficient in English and local languages is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
