Your role as a Payroll Specialist is mainly to create process and optimizations to ensure correct and timely payroll runs, as well as collaborating within the payroll team to exchange the best practices. This role will oversee payroll process for India, Middle East countries, which is approx. 2,500 employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- India Payroll
- Preparation of PF, PT and ESI online Challans and ensure to pay ontime
- Handling PF & ESIC Grievances Like PF Claim and Advance
- To Make sure the organization complying as per PF, ESIC, PT, LWF Act
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance
- Liaising with various departments and authorities
- Gratuity calculation and responsible to issue gratuity payment for eligible Employees
- Generation of UAN and ESIC IP numbers, Also Issuing ESIC Temporary cards to Eligible employees
- Coordinate with Auditor to ensure smooth data sharing related to Statutory compliance report.
- Payroll of Other Countries
- Manage end-to-end payroll process for small countries
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.

What you bring
- Experience: 2+ years of wide-ranging experience of working within a statutory compliance function with proven organizational and numerical skills or experience in payroll officer
- Analyzing and evaluating issues in HR
