Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our Legal team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

  • This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work closely with the Product team and other relevant cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with various laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and standards to stay on top of requirements.
  • Gap Assessments and Audits: Identify gaps/potential compliance issues and recommend measures to close the gaps/develop mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation relating to product compliance.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Liaison: Liaise with law firms, third-party vendors, and regulators relating to product compliance matters.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution and Queries: Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide status updates to management and relevant internal stakeholders.
