About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our reputed and fast-growing Skin & Hair Clinic in Chennai . This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for steering business strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the clinic's vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.
  • Oversee end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across departments.
  • Ensure financial health through effective budgeting, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Uphold top-tier patient care standards and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Spearhead marketing and branding initiatives to drive visibility and clinic expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic/hospital management .
  • An MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and business development skills.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Prior exposure to Dermatology/Cosmetology domains is a plus.
