Job Title: Compliance Officer

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to provide legal, compliance, and taxation support in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in analyzing legal documents, maintaining compliance records, and reviewing agreements with vendors.

We offer a dynamic work environment where you can utilize your skills to contribute to the company's success. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely review and analysis of legal documents such as NDAs, supplier agreements, and customer agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate logs of all legal documents and conducting regular reviews before expiry.
  • Providing secretarial compliance support, including director registrations, MOM-related tasks for BOD/AGM, MCA Annual Return, and XBRL filing.
  • Liaising with HQ on documentations and legal requirements, as well as obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Reviewing SOPs and authorization tables from a finance perspective.
  • Supporting ICFR and dematerialization of shares.
  • Preparing compliance calendars for all legal and tax compliance due dates.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about updates in taxation and legal changes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A commerce or legal graduate degree, preferably with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter qualifications.
