**Job Role**

As a **BDE**, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Topper Shiksha by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our educational services to schools, institutions, and other potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and community centers, for partnerships and collaborations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals by promoting Topper Shiksha’s skill development programs.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.Work closely with the marketing, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate regular reports to evaluate performance and strategies.**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
