Field Sales Representative

**Position Overview**: The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential clients in the fintech sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial products and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting prospective clients in various industries.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our fintech solutions and their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Connecting to clients by visiting them on field.
**Qualifications**:
- 12th or any graduation.
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector will be a plus
- Strong understanding of financial products and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work on field.
