**What will you do?**:

- Lead the GTM strategy for Entertainment for AVOD
- Actively provide support to enable the Sales team in educating prospective clients, acquisition & retention, account management etc. by defining & recommending sustainable and quality engagement initiatives for client pitches
- Devise client / advertiser onboarding and retention strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for sales enablement across client categories and digital agencies
- Lead the development of the Entertainment GTMs
- Develop & maintain the following - Pricing Strategy, Demand & Yield planning / optimization
- Ensure compliance of the SalesForce and Voiro implementation
- Identify categories / advertisers and build revenue aspirations basis digital video media spends and provide strategic advice for client’s creative solutions and overall development of business
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for Adtech Planning / Product Innovation
- Drive post campaign evaluations, BLS, competition analysis including revenue intel across advertisers & ICs and Revenue tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing POC to drive B2B initiatives
- Be the main point of contact between the team and V18 POCs from a sales/revenue perspective
