Position Title: AVP
Department: Business Strategy and Solutions group
Line of Business: Motor
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
Strong understanding and awareness of retail motor ie private car LOB products.
Parallel understanding of product technicalities, basic technology concepts and the distribution landscape.
Knowledge of general insurance (GI) market landscape.
Interact and coordinate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Actuarial and Operations to ensure smooth execution of processes.
Coordination with sales and technology teams for product development and distribution.
Ensure excellent customer experience for the product.
Strong process understanding is essential.
Conduct benchmarking of competitor products, processes, and best practices to maintain market competitiveness.
End-to-end process ownership of one or more products.
Qualifications
MBA from a Top B school
Experience: 5+ years
Required Skills
Strong understanding of retail motor products.
Knowledge of the GI market landscape.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
