As an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Account Management at our advertising agency, your role will involve overseeing the Client Services department. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, developing strategic plans, driving account growth, leading the Account Management team, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business goals, and ensure the agency delivers value. - Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans aligned with their marketing objectives, working closely with internal teams for successful campaign execution. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, develop proposals for additional services to drive revenue growth. - Lead and inspire the Account Management team, providing guidance in client interactions and campaign execution. - Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. - Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, share insights, and gather feedback, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams for effective collaboration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus years of experience in account management within an advertising agency setting. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving account growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges.
