Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Management Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a vital role in managing and engaging with our online community predominantly whatsapp. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication and organisational skills while gaining practical experience in community management strategies. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in marketing, social media management, or community engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and moderate our online community platforms especially whatsapp.Respond promptly and courteously to community members' inquiries, comments, and concerns.

Foster positive interactions and build relationships with community members by providing helpful and engaging content.

Identify and escalate any emerging issues or trends within the community.

Contribute to the development and execution of community engagement initiatives, such as contests, campaigns, or events.

Assist in creating and curating relevant and compelling content to drive community engagement and growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer support, to align community initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually improve community management efforts.

Conduct research to identify potential influencers who we can collaborate with to grow our community.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Passion for community engagement and building meaningful connections.
