About the Role

We seek an experienced leader to spearhead our corporate and community engagement initiatives, focusing on climate action and sustainability through impactful volunteering programs.

The primary responsibility will be to engage corporate volunteers from partner organizations in meaningful projects while managing our alumni network of past participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable corporate volunteering initiatives aligned with climate and sustainability objectives.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Volunteering Managers at partner organizations to inspire, recruit, and engage employees.
  • Plan and execute events, campaigns, and community-building activities that promote social impact.
  • Manage and engage the alumni network of past participants to keep them connected to our mission.
  • Document activities, create reports, and track volunteer and alumni impact.
  • Highlight outcomes through storytelling, case studies, and data analysis.
  • Support visibility of volunteering initiatives through digital marketing (a strong advantage).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Social Work, Development, Management, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in volunteer management, corporate CSR, alumni/community engagement, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful corporate volunteering programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, or community platforms is a strong advantage.
