Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing day-to-day communication with users, scaling daily user engagement on the app, and implementing strategies for upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase user engagement and retention, leveraging user-generated content, social media trends, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in multilingual audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent understanding of cultural nuances and language-specific content/creators, with proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with data-driven insights to drive decision-making and project success.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
