Internship Title: DEIB Communications & Engagement Intern

Team: People Function - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)

Location: Hybrid (Electronic City Phase 1)

What you'll do:

  • Create clutter-breaking content on themes like inclusion, belonging and representation through stories, reels, short posts, long-form writing, interviews, short videos, contests, snippets, polls, and more.

  • Meet people across teams and locations to discover and document real stories - moments, experiences, and voices that reflect our DEIB journey.

  • Build conversations and engagement on internal platforms like Viva Engage and WhatsApp, especially with ERGs like Mothers in corporate, in the regions and in ISCM, Women in Sales, Women in Mid/ Senior management and Gen Z.

  • Support campaigns and events such as IDPD to everyday nudges that build inclusive behaviours.

Core Skills:

  • Storytelling & content - creation ability to write, record, and create engaging content across formats (reels, posts, videos, interviews).

  • Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting across teams and levels.

  • Community engagement - experience or interest in building conversations and engagement, connecting, responding within groups or platforms.

  • Digital fluency - familiarity with tools like Viva Engage, WhatsApp, Canva, SharePoint, or social media platforms.

  • Curiosity - a genuine interest in people's stories and experiences, with sensitivity to diverse perspectives.

  • Self-management - organized, proactive, and able to work independently while staying connected with the team.

  • Creativity &initiative - willingness to experiment, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas for DEIB storytelling and engagement.
