Founded in 2005, Lufthansa Technik Services India (LTSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) of Germany. Based in Bengaluru, our 400+ team delivers value-added services to Lufthansa Technik's Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) spectrum for all common commercial aircraft types (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer). LTSI specializes in customer service, supply chain management, digital and engineering services, procurement, airfreight and financial services for the aviation industry.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Apprentice to support our internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for a duration of 6 Months. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation. You will work closely with the Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to design compelling visuals for internal campaigns, events, internal trainings, social media, and business presentations.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Design creatives, posters, and digital assets for internal campaigns and events.
  • Support the creation of business presentations and visual storytelling decks for senior leadership.
  • Assist in designing content for internal social media and employee engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs and deliver visual solutions.
  • Contribute to the visual identity of internal branding initiatives.
  • Provide design support for L&D materials such as flip charts, training decks, and infographics.

Your Qualifications (Educational Background, Personality and Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in internal branding, employee engagement, and storytelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A portfolio of creative work (academic, freelance, or personal) is highly desirable What We Offer:
