**Role Description**

Inside Sales Representative

**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries (e.g., IT directors, CTOs, or procurement managers). Craft personalized InMail’s and engage with prospects through LinkedIn posts or groups to build relationships.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Engage prospects via LinkedIn to nurture relationships, sharing relevant IT content (e.g., case studies on cloud adoption or cybersecurity) to establish credibility.
Understand customer IT needs (e.g., system upgrades, data security, or SaaS integrations) and recommend tailored solutions.

**Product Demonstrations and Pitches**:
Deliver virtual presentations or demos via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, showcasing IT products/services and addressing technical questions. Use insights from Apollo.io to customize pitches based on prospect company size or tech stack.
Handle objections related to pricing, scalability, or compatibility, leveraging LinkedIn connections to gain referrals or warm introductions.

**CRM and Data Management**:
Log all interactions in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) integrated with Apollo.io for seamless data flow. Update LinkedIn profiles and Apollo.io records with accurate customer information.
Monitor Apollo.io dashboards to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
