**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven **Recruiters** to support the large-scale workforce requirements at **Reliance Industries’ Jamnagar Refinery Project (KRA)**. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled and semi-skilled manpower, working closely with project teams and HR leads on the ground.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Conducting screening interviews and assessing suitability for project roles.
- Coordinating interviews with Reliance site HR and department heads.
- Managing documentation, background checks, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and daily progress reports.
- Supporting manpower mobilization, redeployment, and retention activities on site.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: Any Graduate (Preferred: HR / Management background)
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in recruitment, preferably in infrastructure, oil & gas, or large-scale projects.
- **Language**: Hindi and basic English required. Gujarati is a plus.
- **Other**: Willingness to work at the Jamnagar site full-time and travel within nearby regions if needed.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: 24 to 25k per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
