Job Description:

  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio to inform business decisions.
  • Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady supply of top talent.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company standards, minimizing legal risks.
