Title: Sales officer
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Distributors:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors across cities.
- Set and communicate loan targets to distributors and monitor their progress.
- Provide guidance and support to distributors to improve their performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and address any challenges or issues faced by distributors in achieving targets.
2. Lead Generation and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the merchant sales team to create leads for V-tap and Hylobiz.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Follow up with the sales team to track the status of leads and provide necessary assistance.
3. Client Query Resolution:
- Address day-to-day queries from clients related to loan operations.
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly to ensure effective operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
4. Merchant Partner Visits:
- Travel to meet merchant partners and their retailers on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners and understand their requirements.
- Provide support and assistance to merchant partners to enhance their performance.
5. MIS Generation and Analysis:
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement based on the analysis.
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to manage large channel partners effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the distributor network.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges faced by distributors and clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with merchant partners.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
